There have been sparse weblog entries recently. How about a dictated stream of consciousness entry?

• Amanda’s mother was here for a few weeks to take her nursing boards.
• She passed!
• We celebrated the finishing of her test at Red Robin on the waterfront (her choice). They screwed up my fish and chips order by giving me a fish sandwich, but they then gave me my actual order with more fish. Score!
• We had a play date with Ann and Mike and Connor. We walked along Lake Washington. We stopped by Jackie’s house for a bit.
• We attended the Seattle Indian Health Board’s Spirit Walk fundraiser at the Seattle Center.
• Lonan Kai got a fever. He probably got his grandmother sick as well.
• I went to an information session at the University of Washington about their Masters of Computer Science Program.
• We went to Blue C Sushi for Father’s Day.

• rather than sleep I wrote a silly thing to back up my twitter tweets and automagically post them to my weblog everyday #
• back from the farmer’s market… too bad strawberry season is over #
• just posted my 1000th entry to my personal weblog. woot. #
• the house is getting buzzed by fighter jets and it’s not even seafair yet #
• had an early morning walk around Seward Park with Ann and Mike and Connor and Pawna #
• lots of fireworks going off nearby the house. it’s not the fourth for another ten minutes. #
• a piece of art almost flattened lonan kai at cafe flora! #
• hanging out at the japanese garden #
• back from the farmer’s market (where the okra was $10/lb!!!); heard a child wail “she ate all the raspberries! thief! thief! thief!” #
• about to pick up Lonan Kai and go to the farmer’s market, but Amanda is passed out on the couch (as is piglet). #
