We did not watch it; we don’t have cable and our TV does not pick up the local channel that it was playing on. Otherwise, our day was filled with random stuff. Amanda went grocery shopping with Mandy. She met up with Carrie for knitting and talk. I did random chores around house. I made biscotti. I ran. Et cetera.
Amanda finally located a place in town for red worms (Stone Way Hardware in Wallingford); the three guys there were watching the football game. They have ladybugs, too. I finally set up the worm bins and fed them some very limp kale pieces that I had been saving for them. Woo!
Amanda’s notebook computer is again on the fritz. I am spending much time recovering and fixing up the hard drive (which is exhibiting much corruption). It will probably take a while.
Amanda has laid out detailed plans for the garden for the next two seasons. We don’t really have to start until March, although I still have stuff growing right now.
