I got back from New Mexico yesterday afternoon (did I write about that in here?). Piglet was happy to see me, and she did not cause too much damage while I was gone. She did, however, pee on the fireplace, and I could not get all the urine off. I later turned it on, hoping to burn the remnants out and heat up the place, but that was a mistake, as the house then filled up with vaporized piglet urine. Yuk. I had to open all the windows for a few hours for ventilation. It reminded me of when I lived in my little A-Frame in Ithaca; the little oven’s insulation was completely soaked in mouse urine and excrement, so you were playing with your life if you used it.
Anyways, now I used the pet smell remover on it (which I should have done initially), and it is much better… it only smells a little off now.
