We had dinner with Mike a few days ago in his new condo (well, he is renting, so does that make it an apartment?). He lives in Madison park now, and he may be the only renter in the complex. He says that everyone else in the place is 65+.
The apartment itself was nice and quite large; larger than our place. He had just bought a big Soloflex machine, and it took up half of his living area.
We had risotto with shitakes and pears, salad, and broccoli and squash. And wine. Amanda made a apple raspberry crisp. It was fun.
