We had a wine-and-cheese party last Saturday. Mostly it was Amanda’s family resident compatriots plus a few other people. I guess everyone came when they got out of work. The wine and cheese did spur us to finally hang up a lot of our pieces of art. Most people stayed for longer than one might expect considering everyone had to work the next day.
Amanda got out of work early on Sunday, so we did a tourist thing and checked out the Museum of Flight. It was fun, but there was no way we saw everything before it closed (we were there for two+ hours). We also went to Target, which perhaps was the real reason we ventured south of Seattle.
Amanda had her last call for her internal medicine rotation on Monday. She started Surgery today and had to get there by 5:30am. Medicine had more normal starting times… 6:30-9:00. I dunno when she will be back.
I am tired because I was up most of the night because I had some mysterious illness that was interfering with sleeping. It seems to have fled, though.
We also went to the Japanese Garden near us. Saturday? right before our wine-and-cheese. I think anyway. Maybe that was Friday.
