Our apt complex had another wine and cheese thing last night. Fargonian Coffeehouse was there also making sample crepes; they are located just down Madison St. from us. Their stuff was pretty tasty; maybe I should start working there sometimes during the day.
Amanda manged to get home a bit early (7?). She had bicycled in, but I went to pick her up as she thought it was too wet and raining outside. But the time I put the rack on the car and whatnot, the rain had stopped, but I picked her up anyway.
Anyways, we talked to few people at the wine and cheese and had some crepes. We mainly talked to a woman Phd student in Psych (I think… I am blanking on her name already) and her spouse Adam (unusual… I usually remember woman’s names better) who is a graphic artist. They moved in in January, but have lived in Seattle for a few years already.
Amanda was beat, so we left to make a real dinner, although what happened was Amanda ate some leftover pasta while I ate some soba noodles. We then watch Mulholland Drive.
It has occurred to me that I wanted to start reviewing things in my weblog (movies, books, yadda yadda), but I can hardly keep the diary-ness of it going. Maybe later.
Amanda went off to work again today. I am working as well, though I have not gotten much of anything done today. As usual, Piglet is dozing peacefully beside me.
