Lainie and Erika came down from Buffalo for a visit this weekend. It was good to see them. We did not do very much other than eat and relax… at least, that is all I did with them. It was quite a decadent weekend eating wise… Madeline’s on Friday night, ZaZa’s Cucina on Saturday, and Just a Taste for bunch on Sunday. I spent some time working on Saturday while everyone else wandered about. Erika later came back home to sleep because she was not feeling well; Amanda and Lainie then went off for wine tasting around the lakes.
Just A Taste has quite a good brunch; I had not realized it before. Then again, I am not a big bfast person anyway, so historically, I rarely eat it. However, bunch has become more of a social thing, so I have been eating it more on Sundays.
And why is brunch only served on Sundays? Hmm, I should look into it…
