i have been drinking lots and lots of tea lately… perhaps because it has been getting colder and because i have been trying to cut down on my carbonated beverage consumption.
i used to favor oolong teas along with the odd green tea (the ten+ year younger darren). now it is apparent that i prefer most white teas, sencha green teas, and yunnan teas. tho there are always more to try.
oolongs are still alright. what am i saying? some oolongs are great. i am not big on smokiness in tea (more apparent in some greens), nor do i use sugar or milk or the like.
