i think my neighbor’s dog tessie got skunked last night. she came up to me when i got back to the house, and i was surprised that she was outside since i knew her “human companion” was at home and it was very late. she was clearly not pleased with life, and as she paced about i got quite the noseful of skunkness.
she was not around this morning, so perhaps she was off to get hosed down or something.
