i had to go downtown and talk to our insurance people since our auto insurance is up for renewal, and since we live in two places, things are kinda complicated, and insurance companies do not like complicated situations. regardless, hopefully all will now be well. i decided to “do the right thing” and cover our actual living situation (rather than, say, tell them we both live in ithaca full time which would really cut the premiums), which, after much talking about, will actually be done. i also dealt with our renters insurance at the same time.
i also uploaded to our photo gallery some pictures of our relatively recent trip to the botanical gardens. eventually, i will start putting up all the random pictures i have been taking (except the bad ones, of course). tho, i guess i will also make the bad ones available; they just won’t be displayed in the gallery itself. and eventually, i will keep scanning in our old pictures. maybe i will bring the scanner to ithaca so that i have something more productive to do at the house.
