in other news, it’s performance review time at work, so i am trudging through writing reviews for people. my work actually seems to take such things more seriously than most places, so everyone does a thorough job. i am not a manager, so technically i am not reviewing people; i just give my feedback. i have not started my own self-review yet, but i should start that shortly.
