amanda has ditched the south beach diet and has started up a new diet and fitness plan. her new plan is way serious tho as it basically is an intense bodybuilding regimen. the idea is to tone up the muscles and lose body fat. arnold would approve, but he would want to pile on the bulk as well. in twelve weeks one should be well on the way to a ripped body, but the program is very strict.
lainie’s ex went through it, so she personally vouched for the results. our landlord’s spouse also did it (and i presume these people still exercise regularly). if one is able to keep to the program, i do not doubt that one would have results and have them fast. lainie has been trying to start the program as well, but it has been difficult for her to do on her current call schedule.
the plan is a bit too crazy for me, but perhaps i will try doing the diet part as i am fond of my own lifting routines. the diet part will be hard enuf for me. i have the exercise down, but, i have to admit i love good food, and unfortunately diet is half the battle.
i had fun being amanda’s personal trainer last night. we don’t have enuf equipment for both of us to lift at the same time, but maybe i’ll get a trainer for our bicycles so i can get an aerobic workout whilst helping amanda with her lifting schedule.
ok, time to get my lifting done before continuing the workday…
