amanda and i are in an internet cafe here in banff. it has been a very raining morning, but we planned on taking today off from hiking anyway. we just stopped by the banff bureau to pick up our marriage license. we still have to contact our marriage commisioner to set up a place to meet. hopefully the rain will clear up tomorrow for our actual ceremony (such as it is). we went up fairview mountain, one of the peaks surrounding lake louise, yesterday, but there was gobs of snow (on the ground and in the air). twas a gorgeous view tho.
the internet cafe/studio is filling up; most people are coming in from the weather, i presume. this place has an outrageously good internet connection.
i guess we will have a relaxing day doing our laundry, looking at museums, and the like. i am actually keeping a written journal, but i can imagine how long it will take me to transribe it into this weblog.
