i met with my new landlord in ithaca, paid first months rent, and got the keys and whatnot. i have already duped the keys. i will start moving gobs of stuff tonight, but i do not really have to be out of the old house until 05.15. i still have to talk to natalie about when we are going to move the big stuff (or actually, if she really wants to keep some of the bookcases) and clean out of the house.
the placed seemed bigger than what i remember, but of course there was nothing in it. one of the rooms is bigger and gets much more light than the other, but i suppose i will let natalie have it since she has more plants and will actually be around more than i will. or maybe we’ll just flip a coin.
it’s funny that i don’t have to call any utility people… all is covered by the rent. we aren’t getting a local phone since i have a cell phone and natalie is planning on getting one (if she hasn’t obtained one already).
