I spent a lot of time Tuesday night / Wednesday morning sorting through stuff in the office. Amanda was upset about the looks of things, etc. etc.. I will have to move most most of the books out, so I will have to get another shelf to put them in our spare bedroom/study.
My lower legs went numb again running yesterday. I need to get some new shoes to see if that helps things. I will probably bicycle today instead of going for a run as my now recurrent turf toe is coming back. Age you see. Amanda was looking through our old photo albums and remarked that I looked a lot younger in those pictures. Maybe because I have many more white hairs. She finally admitted the piglet looks older now, too!
Amanda put some nachos to broil in the oven yesterday when she got home while I was doing some prep work for dinner. And then she went off and forgot about them! I went away as well, but then I wasn’t broiling something at the moment. Things were very fiery when I returned, but it is a good thing I did return. It took a while for the fire alarms to quiet down. I should hurry up and get the fire extinguishers I have been meaning to get.
Dinner was another home fries version something like this recipe in our cookbook. It wasn’t different enough to write up, although maybe I should for yucks.
Amanda bicycled to work again today. Woot! It’s pretty rainy outside, too.
