Mandy and Bryan came over last night for peanut butter cookies, port, and wine. I know, they don’t really go together. We talked about our upcoming trip to Kawaii as they had gone last year. And the usual garden and house stuff. And a lot of other things. Amanda was on call, but while she was paged a bunch of times, she did not have to go in until around 6am this morning.
Unfortunately, she was not so lucky tonight and was at UW from around 5 to 10:30pm. I had picked her up and right when we got home, her pager went off and she had to go back. She had just been talking about how her pager was evilly waiting for her to step through our front door.
