It is always nice to get paid… although it has been a while since I had regular paydays. I had a very long meeting today, but Amanda was supposed to have the day off. She went in to Roosevelt to participate in whatever residency interview things that were going on (free lunch?) but then got coerced into doing two interviews. Then she went back to Harborview to catch up on dictation work and then was convinced to do a tour. I eventually picked her up at around 4:40pm. So much for her day off.
We got our mortgage tax information in the mail today. Disheartening how little the principal went down.
We had dinner at the Columbia City Ale House. Hey, it was payday. We have to support the neighborhood businesses so they don’t go under (rather than going off somewhere else to eat).
