I am more inclined to think that our lender guy is ill or has an illness in the family, because otherwise they would have said that he just left or whatever and not said that he is on some vacation of unknown length.
Our new lender person apparently has all our documentation (in addition to more I sent today) and is ordering their appraisal.
The townhouse has electricity now, but they do not have the certificate of occupancy, but hopefully that is a mere bookkeeping thing.
