Apparently our lender guy is “on vacation and we don’t know when he is coming back.” Nice of them to tell us. I assume either he just went up and left or is ill. I had become nervous when my more recent emails had not been returned and out home insurance guy could not get in contact with him either. Fortunately, I had planned to follow up on it although I wish I had done so a little sooner.
This change better not affect our interest rate or closing costs.
