For whatever reason, I am completely spacing what I did last weekend. We did go to dinner at a little Italian place last (Machiavelli’s) in Capitol Hill at one point.
Erika is visiting until this Sunday. She flew in last night.
Aside… Taco Del Mar may be a fast food place, but they do sell beer and margaritas. At least some of them do. Unusual. Amanda really wanted to eat there, so we stopped at one in Tukwila on the way to the airport.
Anyways, I took a slight break from work today and we walked around the neighborhood a bit. We had dinner at Blue C Sushi as she wanted to have conveyor belt sushi. Another family medicine resident, Eve (she’s a third year), came with us.
After further thought, I am still blanking on last weekend. Maybe I should sleep instead of working, but work waits for no one.
Ah, we went to the Fremont Oktoberfest on Sunday. It was basically a big beer party under the Aurora bridge with beer samples, food, and music over the weekend. Amanda actually went on Friday as well with an OB resident. Anyways, we did not sample any of the beer and just walked about Fremont. I did pick up a really really cool shirt at one of the vendors.
