Our marble angelfish have laid a bunch of eggs in our tropical tank! I had just put in an industrial (well, not really) water purifier and cranked up the water flow with an additional filter. They must have liked the new water conditions because now there are many translucent eggs on the side of an brazilian sword leaf. They had been acting weird… not moving about, seemingly fighting each other, not eating, etc. … so I finally took a closer look at them.
Now I must consider what to do, because I think the upsidedown catfish might have a liking for angelfish caviar.
