the day after the wedding (18 july), amanda and i did not do very much which was a relief. we went out for a walk in the morning to measure a new run route that amanda wanted to start doing. we walked because amanda was using a pedometer to estimate the distance, and it does not really work when running. we then lazed about before going to brunch at the albright-knox gallery (definitely a great place for brunch). we did not look at art later since we had been there a few weeks earlier with my mom, but instead took another long walk about delaware park and the environs. there was also live jazz on the steps outside the gallery, but we did not listen to much of it. the clouds eventually seemed very threatening, so we headed back to the car and home.
some time later we had dinner at el canelos. it was definitely a relaxing day.
