i was talking to natalie last night when a weird nebulous something happened when i turned my head; something moved in my right shoulder that should not have. all of a sudden, my right arm was maybe 75% weaker than normal. i got the usual tingling and circulation weirdness (i.e. right hand was noticably lighter than my right… i am sure there is some medical term for this), and i could not raise my right arm past 90 degrees. natalie said that my right shoulder was also noticably lower than my left. i originally thought i spontaneously dislocated it, but it didn’t really hurt all that much. after lying down for while, i decided to take a therapeutic shower, and it felt better as more time passed by. it still feels kinda funky a day later, but i have regained a more normal range of motion.
on a positive (or negative note), it gave me a perfect excuse not to exercise. i still feel lame for not lifting, tho. more violent exercise is in my future tonight.
