i did some preliminary federal tax work today, and it looks like amanda and i will be getting a refund this year instead of paying thousands of dollars like i normally do. superlative. i had gotten used to figuring out what taxes i owe in january and then saving up for the bill over the coming months. i usually file for my free extension on 15 april as well because it’s better to do taxes in august. i cannot be so lame this year because amanda needs to have our taxes done for financial aid purposes.
maybe i’ll slurge and buy another microwave since ours died yesterday. tho perhaps a toaster oven would be a better choice for us.
on another note, it’s pretty freaking cold here in ithaca. i was going to try to go running after work, but that really is not going to happen. alas, my will is weak.
