amanda just finished dying my hair; it is now “amazonian ruby” or something like that. we used one of the wash out varieties, so it will eventually vanish. i now look like an anime character. amanda sez it looks “cool.”
i worked today. woohoo. i also did the usual laundry, cleaning up, and lifting. amanda had the day off and did random household stuff. we finally managed to get the snow tires put on the corolla. it was quite a bit more expensive here… $120 as opposed to the $75 it would have cost me in ithaca. i did not want to deal, so we just went ahead and paid the extra money. i should have bought rims for the snow tires when i bought them, but now its too late in their lifecyle.
we started the south beach diet today. we’ll see how it goes. avoiding carbs is freakin hard. what shall i do without my fried potato products?
we watched tomb raider the other night. it was a mediocre movie. but visually slightly interesting. i have played many of the tomb raider games, so perhaps that i why i found it more bearable than most. angelina jolie looks amazing like the actual video game character, or perhaps she’s what the video game character would look like if she wasn’t made of polygons.
