our landlord (well, his company anyway) fixed our broken sink practically instantaneously. the repair guy came by the day after i called (tuesday) and fixed all sorts of things. he actually installed new window frames, too. i had only asked for replacement store windows (as ours had been missing), but i guess they decided the hell with that and went ahead and replaced the complete storm window units. i also asked them to fix the basement sink, but i have not checked that out yet.
of course, we still do not have our promised dish washer yet after many months, but we have been cutting our landlord some slack since he has gotten married recently and may still be on his hunnymoon (tho that would be a long one). he’s a good guy tho.
