amanda and piglet have left the center of the universe (ithaca) to go back to buffalo. piglet was not pleased; she scratched amanda nontrivially when we were trying to drug her. ok, i guess it is understandable she would be upset.
of course, if we don’t drug her she cries herself hoarse and hyperventilates the whole trip, so the drugs are the better choice.
i will return to buffalo shortly as well; ithaca is fun and all, but buffalo is actually home now (and i associate ithaca primarily with work now). somehow, it still seems weird to think buffalo is my home.
